Unilever’s range of time saving solutions for busy chefs has just got bigger, with the launch of the Carte D’Or Powder Mix Desserts Range. The six desserts – which are made by simply adding milk or milk and cream to the mixture – are chocolate mousse, lemon mousse, mango mousse, crème brûlée, crème caramel and panna cotta. Offering consistent results every time, these are great bases for a variety of dessert options, with the mixtures being suitable for piping, shaping, moulding and cutting.
