You are invited to arrive from mid afternoon on Tuesday 9 July when you will be able to collect the key to your accommodation, unpack at your leisure and join fellow delegates and exhibitors for a Dingley Dell Hog Roast created by Eric Snaith, 3 AA Rosette Chef from Titchwell Manor. Dress is very casual for this informal gathering and following the roast, the ever popular Skills Quiz will once again test everyone’s mettle!

“A Night at the Museum” is preseneted by Andy Gabbitas MCGB.This will create a great and unique opportunity for delegates and suppliers to interact.

Thursday 11th July 2013

The Skills for Chefs Gala Dinner will take place in the prestigious Firth Hall at The University of Sheffield. This venue is the flagship of the University and was where the University Charter was bestowed by King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra in 1905. Preceded by a Champagne and Canapé Reception, the five course dinner designed by local Master Chefs of Great Britian will be served with specially selected fine wines. The lead chefs are Mick Burke, Tracy Carr, Debbie Gooder, Neil Taylor and Len Unwin.
