The Restaurant Show 2012 has been designed exclusively for professionals across every sector of the UK’s restaurant and foodservice trade to network face-to-face and to discover, develop and celebrate the industry. Highlights include The Centre Stage, The Drinks Wine Quarter and Wine Cellar, Business Bootcamp, The Street Market and The Artisan Producer’s Market.
This year a new initiative has been created by the show’s organisers. As a way to embrace innovation and change in the industry, a Great New Idea will make it clear to visitors which stands are showcasing new products. A specially designed logo has been given to exhibitors to use on pre-show literature, as well as promoted on The Restaurant Show website, and communicated to visitors via email prior to the show. All exhibitors launching something new at the Show will use stickers, featuring the logo, on their stand to make visitors aware that there are new products on display.
There will also be a new competition for visitors to vote for their best new product.
