Pre-sell
When taking a booking try and pre-sell Champagne to the customer. Having Champagne ready and waiting for customers when they arrive is a great start to a celebration

Maximise visibility
Have an elegant display of Champagne bottles on show, and make sure your wine list and menus have Champagne and other sparkling wines highlighted

Create theatre!
Top quality ice buckets and bowls all help and the sight of people having fun will drive others to order

Don’t forget your pinks!
Rosé sparkling wines and pink Champagnes not only look fantastic, they’re excellent for those customers wanting to celebrate some of the more intimate moments Christmas brings

Don’t skimp
People want to splash out so don’t skimp with your ‘by the glass’ offerings and have an increased range of Champagnes and other sparkling wines – including prestige cuvées – available
