Hensons launch ‘Love it’ campaign
A nationwide PR campaign called ‘Love it’ to promote salt beef is being launched this summer, championed by chefs, restaurateurs, wholesalers and popular food writers. Jack Foster, head chef at the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen, The Brass Rail, which is Selfridges’ in-store deli, Hensons Foodservice and others will be giving their top advice and recipes to people visiting saltbeef.com.
