  • 10ml coffee liqueur
  • 10ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 10ml amaretto syrup
  • 20ml milk
  • 20ml pouring cream
  • Scoop vanilla ice cream


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz
  2. Pour into a glass and decorate with cocoa powder or grated chocolate
  3. Serve with an amaretto biscuit
