  • 1 measure of Pisco Puro Quebranta
  • 1/2 measure of lime juice, fresh
  • Few drops Angostura bitters
  • Splash ginger ale


  1. Pour ingredients with handful of ice cubes into a long tall pre-chilled tumbler
  2. Top with ginger ale, slice of lime and a stemmed cherry, and stir to mix
