  • Beef Frankfurter
  • Poppy seed bun
  • Tomato wedges
  • Dill pickle spear
  • Sport peppers
  • Green relish
  • Chopped onion
  • Celery salt
  • Yellow mustard to season


  1. Pan fry the hot dog until cooked but juicy, soften the bun, slice open and place the hot dog in.
  2. On one side of the hot dog place 2-3 tomato wedges, on the other add the dill pickle spear and sport peppers.
  3. Add a small amount of the green relish and the fresh chopped onions, sprinkle with celery salt and finally dress with the mustard and serve.
