Coconut & Raspberry Slice

A super dessert at any time of the year.


  • 175g Castor sugar
  • 200g Softened butter
  • 175g Self raising flour
  • 50g Maggi CMP
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 2tbl Milk
  • 200g Fresh raspberries


  1. Pre heat the oven to 190C.
  2. Grease and line a spring form baking ring.
  3. In a large mixing bowl make the sponge by whisking all the ingredients except the raspberries together into a smooth batter.
  4. Pour into the lined tine and drop in the raspberries. Bake for 30 mins.
  5. Once set, remove from the tin and cut into the desired sized portion. Be sure to use a thin sharp knife dipped in boiling water. Dust with CMP.
