Coconut & Raspberry Slice

Ingredients
- 175g Castor sugar
- 200g Softened butter
- 175g Self raising flour
- 50g Maggi CMP
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 2tbl Milk
- 200g Fresh raspberries
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 190C.
- Grease and line a spring form baking ring.
- In a large mixing bowl make the sponge by whisking all the ingredients except the raspberries together into a smooth batter.
- Pour into the lined tine and drop in the raspberries. Bake for 30 mins.
- Once set, remove from the tin and cut into the desired sized portion. Be sure to use a thin sharp knife dipped in boiling water. Dust with CMP.
