  • 35ml Plymouth gin
  • 25ml elderberry & rosehip concentrate
  • 100ml Green sencha kombcha
  • Garnish: Edible flowers


  1. Shake the gin and concentrate together
  2. Add the kombucha and pour over an icefilled glass
  3. Garnish with edible flowers
