  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 50ml gin
  • Champagne
  • Ice
  • Lemon zest


  1. Shake together the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin over ice
  2. Pour into a flute and top with Champagne
  3. Swirl gently and garnish with lemon zest
