Hot Buttered Ron Zacapa

Ingredients

  • 45ml Ron Zacapa 23-year old rum
  • 5ml Grand Marnier Rouge
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • 75ml boiling water
  • 5g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 3-4 cloves

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil
  2. Strain into a tea cup and garnish with a pinch of dried spices or a cinnamon stick
  3. Serve hot
