Ingredients

  • 1L Macphie Bechamel with Butter sauce
  • 800g cooked chicken, diced
  • 100g carrots, diced
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 100g onions, chopped
  • 50g cooked leeks, diced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1kg uncooked puff pastry
  • Macphie Glen Glaze Bake

Method

  1. Combine the sauce, chicken and vegetables into a bowl
  2. Divide mixture into small, individual ovenproof dishes
  3. Top with the pastry and brush each with the glaze and bake at 220ÂșC for 25 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve with spring vegetables and potatoes
