Glassware: rocks glass


  • 30ml Hibiki Japanese Whisky
  • 20ml elderflower liqueur
  • 1 dash orange blossom water
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 12.5ml simple syrup


  1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice
  2. Single strain into a rocks glass of cubed ice
  3. Garnish with scented orange blossom origami bird
