  • 35ml Beefeater 24 Gin Oolong infused (pour bottle of Beefeater 24 into a glass jug, add 4 tsp loose oolong tea, leave to brew for 1 ½ hours. Stir occasionally, filter and re-bottle)
  • 25ml Dubonnet
  • 7.5ml Aperol
  • 7.5ml Campari
  • Twist orange/grapefruit
  • Chipped ice


  1. Stir all ingredients together
  2. Strain and garnish with the twist
