  • 1-½ oz Irish Whiskey
  • ½ oz Lillet Rouge
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Club Soda
  • Red currant berries
  • Crushed ice


  1. Muddle mint leaves and syrup in the highball glass
  2. Fill with ice, add the whiskey and Lillet Rouge, and stir gently
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with red currant berries
