Ingredients

  • Brown sugar 3 tsp
  • Limes 2 juice
  • Mint few sprigs
  • Traditional lemonade or San Pellegrino 330ml
  • Ice

Method

  1. Blend the sugar, most of the lemonade and ice (in a blender or stirred with crushed ice) and pour into the glass
  2. Top up with remaining lemonade and garnish with sliced limes and mint sprigs
