Glassware: cocktail glass


  • 50ml Brugal 1888 rum
  • 20ml Antica Formula sweet vermouth
  • 5ml Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters


  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass full of cubed ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass using a julep strainer
  3. Garnish with orange zest and serve
