This is an easy champagne cocktail to prepare. Perfect for christmas parties and a fantastic alternative to the classic Bucks Fizz.
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Angostura Bitters
- Place a sugar cube in the bottom of the flute. A tea spoon of sugar will also do the job.
- Add 1-2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Add approx 10ml of Brandy
- Fill carefully to top with champagne
- Garnish with two raspberries cut and placed on rim of the glass
