Seafood Rub Scampi

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
  • 2 tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes


  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant (do not brown)
  2. Stir in shrimp, wine and Seafood Rub; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley
  3. Serve with crusty bread or over cooked pasta or rice
