Ingredients

  • 30ml blackcurrant squash
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • 120ml sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender or Scottish thistle

Method

  1. Add each ingredient to a tumbler glass one by one, slowing stirring and adding ice cubes
  2. Garnish with fresh lavender or Scottish thistle
