A must-have for New Year’s Eve

Ingredients

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup
  • 35ml Arbikie Gin
  • Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic
  • 2 dashes cherry bitters
  • Cubed ice
  • Popping candy

Method

  1. Add the lemon juice, syrup and gin into a Boston glass over cubed ice
  2. Shake hard and single strain into a highball glass over cubed ice and top up with the tonic
  3. Garnish with bitters
  4. Serve with a side of candy
