XI’AN Punch (No.3 Gin with Kaffir Lime Leaf)

Glassware: cocktail glass


  • 50ml No.3 gin
  • 50ml rice milk
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 12.5ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters


  1. Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  2. Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf and serve
