The Mixologist Recommends with Simon Hodgson

In every edition of Take Stock we ask a top mixologist for tips of the trade. With St Patrick’s Day (Sunday, 17 March) an important event on the on trade calendar, we asked Simon Hodgson from the Pernod-Ricard Brand Activation Team for his best cocktail recipes to help celebrate the popular event.

“St. Patrick’s Day is all about celebrating the very best of all things Irish!” says Simon. “From Guinness, Hop House 13, Smithwick’s, Beamish and Murphy’s, to Lava Bread and Full Irish Breakfasts, and of course, Irish whiskeys, interest has never been higher.”
